String beans (fresh)
- Step 1
Cook the string beans for 7 minutes in a large pot of boiling water and then drain.
- Step 2
In a frying pan, sauté the almonds for 2 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Step 3
Remove the almonds and add a drizzle of olive oil to the same pan. Cook the cod for 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Step 4
To plate, serve the cod on top of the string beans and sprinkle with the toasted almonds. Add salt, pepper and lemon slices. Enjoy!
