Preheat the oven to 400°F. If you have frozen fish, defrost them beforehand by placing them in an airtight bag and immersing them in cold water.
Cook the grains according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the tomatoes and chop them in half.
Prepare a square of baking paper (around 40 cm) and put the strained grains in the center.
Add the cod on top, tomatoes, bouquet garni, season and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Fold over the paper and roll the edges to close.
Put the papillotes on a baking tray and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
Once the cooking time is over, open the foil (be careful not to burn yourself!)
Serve on a plate. Voilà !
