Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. If you have frozen fish, defrost beforehand.

Step 2

Wash the tomatoes & cut them in half.

Put the dry couscous in the center of a sheet of parchment paper.

Rosemary (dried)
Thyme (dried)
Garlic

Step 4

Top the couscous with cod, tomatoes, sprigs of dried herbs & crushed garlic. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle each of olive oil & water per package.

Step 5

Fold over the paper & roll the edges to close. Repeat for each package.

Step 6

Put the packages on a baking sheet & cook for 15 min.

Step 7

Remove from the oven. Open, being careful not to burn yourself with the steam.

Step 8

Serve & impress!
