Step 1

Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions.

Cilantro (fresh)
Parmesan (grated)
Garlic
Almonds (sliced)

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, add the cilantro (leaves & stems), peeled garlic, almonds (whole or sliced), parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil & 1 tbsp of water (per serving) to a blender or food processor. Mix to form a paste.

Step 3

Drain the pasta. Stir to combine with the pesto. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves (optional). Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy this warm weather dish either hot or cold!
