A perfectly balanced winter salad from Jow!
Step 1
Remove any bruised outer leaves from the endive. Then slice the endive into rings.
Step 2
Wash, core & cube the apple.
Step 3
Peel & remove the pit from the avocado. Cube the avocado.
Step 4
Slice the cheese into small chunks.
Step 5
Then roughly chop the hazelnuts.
Step 6
In a small bowl, whisk together the dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 7
Place all the salad ingredients in a salad bowl. Drizzle the dressing over top. Season again with salt & pepper. Toss it all together. Enjoy!
