- Step 1
Roughly chop the chocolate. - Step 2
In a saucepan, add water (1 tbsp per serving) & chocolate. Turn the heat on low. Melt the chocolate while whisking constantly. - Step 3
Once the chocolate has melted, gradually add the milk. Continue whisking everything together until it's well-combined. - Step 4
Add cocoa powder. Whisk vigorously until the texture is uniform & velvety. Mix in a pinch of cinnamon (optional). - Step 5
When the mixture is hot & steamy remove it from the heat. (Careful not to let it boil!) Serve in a mug topped with marshmallows & whipped cream if you have! Enjoy!
