Prosciutto

1 handful
Spring mix lettuce

Avocado

Cucumber

Rinse & drain the chickpeas. - Step 2
Wash & dice the cucumber. - Step 3
Wash & halve the cherry tomatoes. - Step 4
Remove the avocado peel & pit. Slice the avocado in half. - Step 5
Add the salad greens to a serving bowl. Arrange the chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado halves & prosciutto slices alongside each other in the bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle with olive oil & red wine vinegar. Enjoy!
