- Step 1
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms. Cook, stirring for 1 min. - Step 3
Peel & thinly slice the onion. - Step 4
Cut the chicken into strips. - Step 5
Add the chicken, onion & another drizzle of olive oil to the pan. - Step 6
Cook, stirring for 5 min. - Step 7
Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the cream & mustard. Simmer for 5 min, or until the chicken is cooked through. - Step 8
Season with salt & pepper. - Step 9
Serve the chicken & mustard sauce over the rice. Enjoy!
