White rice (long grain)

Creamed spinach (frozen)

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Also heat, thaw or cook the creamed spinach according to the packages instructions. - Step 3
Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. - Step 4
Add the chicken. Brown it for 2 min on the first side. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 5
Turn over the chicken. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for another 8 min, or until cooked through. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 6
Serve the chicken over a bed of fluffed rice & alongside the creamy spinach. Dinner is served!
