Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, dice the chicken & mince the garlic.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken & garlic. Cook for 4 min, stirring regularly.
Add the ricotta cheese, heavy cream & green olives to the pan. Stir to combine. Season with salt & pepper. Then add the cooked, drained pasta.
