Step 1

Cook or soak the rice noodles according to the package instructions.

Soy sauce
Peanut butter
Lime
Sugar (granulated)

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice & sugar (optional).

Chicken breast

Cut the chicken into pieces.

Drain the rice noodles.

Garlic

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic & chicken. Sauté for 4 min.

Add the noodles, bean sprouts & lime-peanut sauce. Cook, stirring for 2 min.
