Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small)
Step 1
Peel & cube the potatoes.
Step 2
Add the potatoes to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 7-10 min, or until fork-tender.
Step 3
Wash & trim the green beans. Remove the potatoes from the pot & transfer to a bowl. Add the green beans to the same pot of boiling water. Cook for 3-5 min, or until crisp-tender.
Step 4
Cook the nuggets according to the package instructions. (You can use the the stove top or fire up the oven!)
Step 5
Drain green beans.
Step 6
Add milk, butter, salt & pepper to the bowl of potatoes. Mash with a fork or potato masher until smooth & creamy.
Step 7
Serve the nuggets alongside the potatoes & green beans. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
