- Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken. Cook, stirring for 3-5 min. - Step 3
Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. - Step 4
Remove chicken from pan & set aside. Add another drizzle of oil to the same pan. Add the broccoli & a splash of water. Season with salt & pepper. Stir. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover & let cook for 5 min, or until crisp-tender. - Step 5
Clean & halve the mushrooms. - Step 6
Add the mushrooms & soy sauce to the pan. Season with salt & pepper. Cover & cook for 3-5 min. - Step 7
Add the chicken & sesame seeds. Mix to combine. Serve & enjoy!
