Chicken & Asparagus Stir Fry

Chicken breast
1/2 bunch
Asparagus (fresh)
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
1/2 clove
Garlic
1 tsp
Honey
1 tsp
Corn starch

Wash & trim the asparagus spears. - Step 2
Slice the asparagus into 2-inch pieces. - Step 3
Slice the chicken. - Step 4
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus. Cover & let cook for 1 min. - Step 5
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic & cornstarch. Set it aside. - Step 6
Uncover the pan & add the chicken. Stir fry for 3-5 min, or until the chicken is cooked through. - Step 7
Lower the heat & add the honey-soy sauce. Cook, stirring for 1-2 min. The sauce will thicken. Add a splash of water if needed. - Step 8
Plate the chicken & asparagus. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
