Rolled oats

Almond milk (original)

Chia seeds

Berries (assorted, frozen)

Sugar (granulated)

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a small baking dish. Peel & add the bananas to the dish. Mash them with a fork. - Step 2
Warm the almond milk in the microwave for about 30 sec. Add the oats, chia seeds, almond milk & a pinch of salt to the baking dish. Stir to combine. - Step 3
Top with the frozen berries & a sprinkle of sugar. (Thaw the frozen berries beforehand for faster cook time!) Cover & bake for 15 min at 350°F, or until the oats have absorbed the milk & the berries are heated through. - Step 4
Serve topped with a drizzle of maple syrup & a dollop of coconut yogurt (optional). Enjoy!
