recipe
- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Chop the pecans into small pieces. - Step 2
Add the graham crackers to a food processor or blender. Blend until the graham crackers are a fine crumb texture. - Step 3
Add the graham cracker crumbs to a bowl. Melt the butter in the microwave & add to the graham cracker crumbs. Stir together. - Step 4
Line a 13x9 inch baking dish with foil or parchment paper. Leave some room on the sides to easily remove the bars later. Spray with nonstick baking spray. Add the graham cracker mixture & press it down firmly. - Step 5
Add the sweetened condensed milk & smooth evenly. Next, add the chopped nuts. Then, add the shredded coconut & chocolate chips in alternating layers. - Step 6
With a fork, firmly press all of the toppings down. Place the baking dish in the oven & bake at 350ºF for 25-30 min. Remove from the oven & let the bars cool completely, about 1 hour. - Step 7
Remove the bars from the pan & cut into your desired shape. Serve & enjoy!
