- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Unroll a sheet of fully thawed puff pastry onto a piece of parchment paper. Spread pesto across the entire surface. (If your puff pastry sheets are square-shaped, you can cut them into circles, if you'd like.) - Step 2
Place the unwrapped Brie in the center of the puff pastry. Cover it with another sheet of puff pastry. - Step 3
Make a cut in the center of the Brie. Brush the top of the dough with whisked egg yolk & sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you have any. - Step 4
Cut strips of dough all around the Brie & twist them. Carefully transfer to a sheet tray & bake for 20-25 mins at 375°F, or until golden brown. - Step 5
When the puff pastry is golden brown on top, remove from the oven & serve immediately. Enjoy!
