Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Parchment Paper, Frying pan
Place the walnuts on a baking sheet. Toast them in the broiler for 3 to 5 min. Check them frequently to be sure they do not burn.
Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions. Reserve a bit of the cooking liquid.
Remove the toasted walnuts from the oven. Cool, then roughly chop them. Set aside.
Add the cream, parmesan, salt & pepper to a pan over medium heat.
Add 1 tbsp of the pasta cooking liquid (per serving). Reduce the heat to low & simmer for 2 min, stirring regularly.
Wash the pear. Remove the core & seeds. Then cut the pear into thin slices.
When the ravioli is done cooking, drain well.
Add the cooked ravioli to the saucepan. Gently stirring to combine with the sauce.
Serve the ravioli topped with pear slices, chopped walnuts, ground black pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
