Garlic

Bacon

1 tbsp
Heavy cream

1 cup
Veggie broth

1/2
Yellow onion

- Step 1
Peel & mince the garlic. Peel & dice the onion. - Step 2
Heat a dab of butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion & garlic. Cook, stirring for 3 min. - Step 3
Peel & dice the potato. - Step 4
Chop the bacon into small pieces. - Step 5
Add the corn, potato, bacon & vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil & stir. Reduce the heat to low, cover & simmer for 15 min. - Step 6
Add the cream. Season with salt & pepper. Simmer for another 3 min. - Step 7
Serve garnished with a drizzle of olive oil & torn basil leaves (optional). Time to chow-der down!
