  • Step 1
    In a bowl, mix together the feta, ricotta, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper.
  • Step 2
    Wash & thinly slice the tomatoes.
  • Step 3
    Spread the feta-ricotta mixture over a plate. Arrange the tomato slices over the cheese in a circular pattern. Garnish with chopped basil (optional). Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
