If using frozen cod, defrost beforehand. - Step 2
Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the cod with salt & pepper. Cook it for 2 min on each side, or until cooked through. - Step 3
Meanwhile, heat, thaw or cook the creamed spinach according to the package instructions. - Step 4
Serve the crispy cod over a creamy bed of spinach. Yum!
