Ingredients for 1 pie
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Roll out the puff pastry into a pie dish, cutting any extra dough that passes over the edges. Prick the bottom a few times with a fork.
Coupez à l'aide d'un couteau le surplus de pâte. Piquez le fond de la tarte.
Bake for 5 minutes to pre-bake the crust.
In the meantime, cut the squash into thin slices.
Thinly slice the onion.
On a baking tray, mix together the squash and onion with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper.
Remove the crust from the oven after 5 minutes.
Bake the vegetables for 15 minutes at 400°F.
Once the vegetables are cooked, remove them from the oven. Spread a layer of sour cream on the bottom of the tart and top with the vegetables.
Ajoutez les légumes.
Add the crumbled goat cheese.
Season with salt & pepper and bake for 20 minutes.
