Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
While the pasta is cooking, heat a pan on high heat with a drizzle of olive oil and add the tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes and add the garlic. Cover and continue cooking for 2 additional minutes.
Before the pasta finishes cooking, reserve 1 cup of cooking water. Drain the pasta.
Add the pasta to the pan with the tomatoes and add a few spoonfuls of the pasta cooking liquid. Add salt & pepper and mix. Cook for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Serve the pasta in a large bowl with the prosciutto, burrata, and some basil leaves. Season with salt & pepper and enjoy!
