Tater tots

Step 1

Cook the tater tots according to the package instructions.

Beef (ground-beef patties)

Step 2

5 min before the tater tots are done, start cooking the burgers. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties in the pan for 3 min on the first side & 2 min on the second (or until cooked to your liking).

Step 3

Season the burgers with salt & pepper. Remove from heat.

Step 4

Add a bit of water to the pan while it's still hot to create a sauce from the pan juices. Add a dab of butter for an even richer sauce (optional).

Once the tater tots are nice & golden, remove from the oven. Serve with the burgers & sauce. Enjoy!
