Broccoli (fresh)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for 2 minutes in salted, boiling water. Drain and set aside.

Puis faites le cuire 2 min dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée.

Roll out the crust into a pie dish and poke the bottom with a fork. Blind bake for 5-7 minutes.

Égouttez les brocolis.

Step 5

In a bowl, whisk the cream, milk and eggs. Season with salt & pepper.

Remove the crust from the oven and add the broccoli.

Ajoutez les sommités de brocoli sur la pâte légèrement dorée.

Add the crumbled bacon and cover with the egg mixture.

Recouvrir de la préparation.

Cream cheese

Step 10

Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese into the quiche and season with salt & pepper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
