Step 1

Peel the potatoes & cut them into 1-inch cubes.

Step 2

Cook the potatoes for 15 min in a pot of salted boiling water.

Green beans (fresh)

Step 3

In another pot of salted boiling water, cook the green beans for 5 min.

Fish fillets (breaded)

Step 4

Meanwhile, cook the breaded fish according to the package instructions.

Step 5

Once the potatoes & green beans are cooked, drain them. Place the potatoes in a bowl.

Milk (whole)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 6

Add the milk & butter to the potatoes. Season with salt & pepper, then mash until smooth. Add extra milk or water if necessary.

Step 7

Enjoy your fish sticks alongside green beans & mashed potatoes. Yum!
