Cut off the ends of the leeks (the root and the dark green part) and then slice the white and light green parts into rings.
Place them in a colander and rinse thoroughly to remove impurities or dirt.
In a pan, add a dab of butter and the leeks. Cook on high heat for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
In another saucepan, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
After 5 minutes, add the cream to the leeks and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, and add it to the pan with the leeks.
Top with parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper and mix.
Dinner is ready!
