Bow-Tie Pasta Salad

Pasta (farfalle or bow-tie)
1/4
Zucchini
4 oz
Chicken strips (grilled)
2 tbsp
Feta cheese (block)
1/2 cup
Artichoke hearts
2 tbsp
Pesto
Utensils
Stovetop, Pot (small), Peeler, Knife

- Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain & set aside. - Step 2
Wash & peel the zucchini into long ribbons. - Step 3
Halve the artichokes. - Step 4
In a serving bowl, add the cooked pasta & the pesto. Mix it all together. - Step 5
Add the chicken, artichokes, zucchini strips & toss it all together. Add the crumbled feta on top. Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Add a few basil leaves if you have any. Serve & enjoy!
