- Step 1
Peel & slice the carrot into thin rounds. - Step 2
Trim the dark green & root of the leek. Wash & thinly slice the rest of the leek. - Step 3
Clean & slice the mushrooms. - Step 4
Melt a dab of butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the veggies. Sauté for 5 min. - Step 5
Add the shrimp, cream & a drizzle of water. Season with salt & pepper. Stir it all together. Reduce the heat to low & simmer for 5 min. - Step 6
Serve with a squeeze of lemon & rice (optional).
