Heavy cream

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook fettuccine according to package directions (Pro tip: use a pan wide enough to fit the fettuccine without breaking). Reserve a ladle of pasta cooking water before straining. Set pasta aside. - Step 2
Heat the same pan over low heat. Add butter, heavy cream & reserved pasta water. Cook for 2 min or until the butter is fully melted. - Step 3
Add in the pasta & parmesan cheese. Stir & cook until the sauce thickens & coats the pasta, about 3-4 min. - Step 4
Serve topped with additional parm & black pepper if desired. Enjoy ;-)
