Preheat the oven to 450°F. Bring the butter to room temperature, or soften it slightly in the microwave.
Finely chop the parsley.
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, parsley & minced garlic.
Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.
Lay the baguette on a baking sheet. Generously smear the garlic-butter mixture over both halves of baguette. Close the baguette. Bake for 7-10 min at 450°F, or until golden brown.
Slice & serve hot!
