Flour (all-purpose)
Parmesan (grated)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Add the flour, parmesan, diced cold butter, salt & pepper to a bowl. Mix with your hands until it forms a crumbly consistency that holds together when pinched.

Feta cheese

Step 2

Add the crumbled feta & mix to combine.

Red bell pepper
Tomato

Step 3

Wash the tomato & pepper. Deseed the pepper, then cut it into large cubes. Similarly chop the tomato.

Step 4

Add the tomato & pepper to a greased baking dish. Season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle with sugar (optional). Stir to combine.

Step 5

Spread the crumble mixture over top. Bake for 50 minutes.

Step 6

Once the crumble is nice & golden, take it out of the oven. Serve!
