Wash & cut the peppers in half, removing the core & seeds. Thinly slice the peppers. - Step 2
Peel & thinly slice the red onion. - Step 3
Cut the steak into thin strips. - Step 4
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the sliced steak, bell pepper, onion & taco seasoning. Stir & cook for 8-10 min or until the veggies have softened & the steak is cooked to your liking. - Step 5
Warm the tortillas, then top them with the fajita mixture. Add a dollop of sour cream, some cilantro & lime juice if you have any. Enjoy!
