Beef & Cabbage Stir-fry

Jasmine rice

Ground beef
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tsp
Ginger (fresh)
2 cups
Green cabbage
optional
1 tbsp
Cilantro (fresh)
1/4 clove

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Remove any bruised outer leaves from the cabbage. Then thinly slice the cabbage. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the cabbage. Cook stirring for 2-3 min. - Step 3
Add the ground beef, minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt & pepper. Cook the meat for 3-5 min, breaking it apart into pieces as you stir. - Step 4
Serve the beef & cabbage over a fluffy bed of rice. Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
