Flour (all-purpose)
1/5 cup
Rolled oats
1/8 cup
Sugar (granulated)
1/8 cup
Butter (unsalted)
1/10 cup
Apricot jam

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Soften the butter in the microwave for 15 sec. - Step 2
In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, softened butter & oats. Mix everything until you get a sandy paste. - Step 3
Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Add half of the dough & use the back of a spoon or cup to flatten it down into the mold. - Step 4
Add the jam on top of the dough & spread it with the back of a spoon (use the jam of your choice). - Step 5
Crumble the remaining dough mixture on top. Bake for 55 min at 350°F, until the pastry is lightly golden. - Step 6
Once cooked, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool (at least 1 hr). - Step 7
Cut the oatmeal bars into squares. Serve & enjoy!
