Be sure to follow the filo dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the filo pastry sheets in half. Gently remove the backing paper. - Step 2
Peel & dice the banana. - Step 3
Brush a filo sheet half with melted butter. Fold it in half lengthwise. Brush it with butter again. Place a spoonful of bananas on one end. - Step 4
Fold the filo back & forth, from one end to the other (like you're folding an American flag!). Tuck in the end to seal it. Lay it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush it with butter. Continue with the rest of the filo & banana. Bake for 15 min at 350°F. - Step 5
Roughly chop the chocolate. - Step 6
Bring the cream to a simmer in a small pot over medium-low heat. Then turn off the heat. Stir in the chocolate. Keep stirring until it forms a uniform sauce. - Step 7
Remove the crispy golden bites from the oven. Serve alongside the chocolate sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
