  • Step 1
    Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Add frozen peas to cook with the pasta.
  • Step 2
    Preheat the broiler. In a frying pan, cook the bacon over medium-high heat until done (about 2-3 min on each side). Set aside.
  • Step 3
    Drain the pasta & peas. Crumble the bacon.
  • Step 4
    Add the pasta, peas, cream, salt & pepper to an oven-safe baking dish. Mix to combine.
  • Step 5
    Distribute the bacon & ricotta over top. Broil until bubbly & golden. Watch to make sure it doesn't burn. Enjoy!
