  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 425°F. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi & cook until they float to the surface.
  • Step 2
    Remove gnocchi with a slotted spoon & drain briefly. Place gnocchi in an oven-safe baking dish & cover with tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.
  • Step 3
    Top with shredded (or fresh) mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Remove from the oven, top with fresh basil & enjoy!
