Feta cheese (block)
3/4 cup
Cherry tomatoes
3 oz
Gnocchi
1/4
Red onion
1/2 tsp
Oregano (dried)

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Peel & finely slice the onion. - Step 2
Wash & drain the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes, onion & gnocchi to a baking dish. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Toss to combine. - Step 3
Lay a large chunk of feta in the middle of the dish. Sprinkle oregano over all. Add another drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 20 min at 400°F. - Step 4
Remove from the oven. Serve & enjoy!
