Baked eggs with spinach & bacon

Sour cream
Parmesan (grated)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Mix the parmesan and heavy cream in a bowl and season with salt & pepper.

Egg

Step 2

Grease an oven-safe dish or individual ramekins with butter and add the cream and parmesan mixture.

Spinach

Step 3

Add the baby spinach leaves and crumbled bacon and mix.

Bacon

Step 4

Ajoutez le lard.

Egg

Step 5

Make shallow holes using the back of a wooden spoon and break the eggs into the holes. Season with salt & pepper. Optional: add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for heat.

Step 6

Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with a salad or toast. Happy brunching!
