Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour & baking powder. Add the cracked egg, salt & pepper. Whisk or stir to combine.

Olive oil
Milk

Step 2

Add the olive oil to the bowl, whisking as you pour. Then add the milk & continue mixing until it forms a smooth batter.

Shredded cheese
Walnuts
Blue cheese
Bacon

Step 3

Add the shredded cheese, cubed thick-cut bacon, crumbled blue cheese & chopped walnuts to the bowl. Reserve a small handful of both the cheese & walnuts for garnish. Mix, using a spatula.

Step 4

Grease a loaf pan & line it with parchment paper if needed.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Top with remaining blue cheese & walnuts. Bake for 40 min at 350°F.

Step 6

Remove from the oven. Let it rest a bit before slicing. Serve & get cheers of praise!
