Flour (all-purpose)
Baking powder

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour & baking powder. Season with salt & pepper. Then add the beaten eggs.

Olive oil
Milk (whole)

Step 2

Pour in the milk & oil. Stir it all together.

Walnuts
Blue cheese
Bacon
Mozzarella (shredded)

Step 3

Set aside a bit of the shredded cheese & walnuts for garnish. Then add the rest of the shredded cheese, chopped walnuts, chopped bacon & crumbled blue cheese to the bowl of ingredients. Stir with a few swift strokes.

Step 4

Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Top with the reserved blue cheese & walnuts. Bake for 40 min at 350°F.

Step 6

When a knife inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean, remove the loaf from the oven. Serve & enjoy!
