Be sure to follow the pie crust package instructions! Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lay the pie dough in a pie or tart pan. Pierce it several times with a fork. Pre-bake it for 5 min. Then set it aside. - Step 2
Cook the bacon in a pan over medium-high heat for 3-5 min. - Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, salt & pepper. - Step 4
Sprinkle the peas over the base of the quiche. Crumble the cooked bacon over top. Pour in the egg-milk mixture. Top with torn or shredded pieces of mozzarella cheese. - Step 5
Bake for 30 min at 400°F, or until the filling has set. Let the quiche cool slightly before slicing. Serve & enjoy!
