Ingredients for 1 frittata
- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Beat the eggs together in a salad bowl using a whisk or fork. Season with salt & pepper, add the cheddar, mix and set aside.

In a pan on high heat, cook the bacon until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and cook until golden and no liquid remains in the pan.

Grease a cake tin or pie dish with butter or oil. Add the mushrooms and bacon, followed by the egg mixture. Bake for 15 minutes.

Take the frittata out of the oven and serve! Tip: Best paired with a small green salad. Enjoy!
