Step 1

Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the Canadian bacon. Cook for 15-30 seconds on each side. Then remove from heat. Crack the eggs into the pan. Cook the eggs sunny-side up for 3-5 min.

English muffin

Step 2

Toast the English muffin slices.

Cheddar (slices)

Step 3

Arrange the cheddar cheese over each muffin slice.
