Bacon (Canadian)

Step 1

Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the Canadian bacon. Cook for 15-30 seconds on each side. Then remove from heat. Crack the eggs into the pan. Cook the eggs sunny-side up for 3-5 min.

English muffin

Step 2

Toast the English muffin slices.

Cheddar (slices)

Step 3

Arrange the cheddar cheese over each muffin slice.

Top the cheese with Canadian bacon. Lay an egg over the bottom slice of each English muffin. Close with the muffin top. Enjoy!
