Feta cheese (block)

Balsamic vinegar

Lemon
1 tbsp
Chives (fresh)

- Step 1
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the bread & toast on both sides. - Step 2
Toast the sunflower seeds in the pan for about 1 min (optional). - Step 3
Finely chop the chives. - Step 4
Peel & remove the pit from the avocado. Thinly slice the avocado. - Step 5
Arrange the avocado slices over the toast. Sprinkle with crumbled feta. - Step 6
Add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar & a squeeze of lemon juice. Garnish with the sunflower kernels (optional) & chopped chives. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
