Step 1
Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the gnocchi. Cook, stirring for 1-2 min.

Add the pesto & a splash of water. Mix to combine. Cover & cook for 1-2 min. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Serve the gnocchi garnished with crumbled blue cheese & arugula. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
