Sugar (granulated)
1 tbsp
Butter (unsalted)
2 scoops
Coconut ice cream

- Step 1
Trim the ends of the pineapple & cut off the skin. Slice the pineapple into wedges lengthwise. - Step 2
Melt the butter with the sugar in a pan over medium heat. Stir to combine. - Step 3
Add the pineapple slices to the pan. Squeeze the lime juice over top. Cook for 3 min on each side, basting the pineapple in the sauce. Be sure the caramel does not burn. - Step 4
Serve the warm pineapple topped with scoops of coconut ice cream. Garnish with grated lime zest. Enjoy!
