  • Step 1
    Peel & remove the pit from the avocado. Carefully slice.
  • Step 2
    Rinse, dry & roughly chop the cilantro.
  • Step 3
    Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel & cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 4
    In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil & honey. Pour the sauce over the cubed salmon & toss to coat.
  • Step 5
    Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or foil. Add the cubed salmon & cook at 400°F for 10-12 min, flipping halfway through.
  • Step 6
    Reheat the rice according to package directions, then add it to a bowl & assemble. Arrange the salmon, avocado, thawed edamame & cilantro on top of the rice. Top with spicy mayo (optional). Enjoy!
